We have for sale a stunning late 2015 (65 plate) VW Golf GTE DSG electric hybrid vehicle in white. This is a highly impressive and quite rare vehicle, it has only had 1 owner to the current registered from brand new and has a full VW Service history, with the last one completed earlier this month. The GTE is a hugely impressive vehicle, demonstrating that economy and performance can go arm in arm! A total of 201bhp is available when required by a combining a 1.4 TSI petrol engine with an electric motor. There are several driving modes, allowing the driver to choose to use the car purely on electric, Hybrid (electric and engine combined), battery charge (where the engine will re-charge the batteries in motion) & GTE for ultimate performance. On electric mode only the vehicle will cover up to 20-30 miles which is great for around town use. A full charge from a standard wall socket only takes a little over 3 hours and when using a special high current charger this is cut to only around 2 hours.

The plug in charging feature of the car has several clever features. For example, you can set a timer on the car so it charges when you want it to (say when energy is cheaper if you are a specific electric tariff). You can also use the timer to set the car interior to be at a specific temperature for your departure time, using the power from the charging point to facilitate this; a very nice feature in the winter months!

The GTE is in superb condition inside and out. All of the original overmats are present and also the original cloth bags for both charging cables. The full back is present with two remote keys. It also has VW service history.
